Cancellation, Late Arrival & Deposit Policies
BOOKING FEE
- To secure an appointment at Face Faxx a 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking.
REMINDERS
- Upon booking your appointment, online or in-salon, you will be sent an SMS
confirmation message. This will provide the time and date of your appointment so
you can send it through to your personal calendar if you wish. - You will be sent a second SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment that
allows you to let us know you will be attending. - If your appointment is not confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will
receive a courtesy reminder call from us. - If we’re unable to reach you with our follow-up call, your appointment will be
automatically cancelled and opened to other bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
- Any changes may be made 48hrs prior to your appointment.
- Once notified you have 24hrs to respond before your appointment is cancelled and
your 50% deposit is forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS
- So that we can deliver allocated service time to you, late arrival will result in
your appointment being time-reduced according to your lateness. - Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in the cancellation of your
appointment and loss of your 50% booking fee, as we will be unable to deliver your
service in the allotted time.
NO SHOWS
- If you do not arrive at your appointment, 100% payment of your missed treatment
will incur. You will be able to re-book when the show fee is paid.
