Come! I’d love you to join us for an afternoon of time-out and discovery.
You’ll enjoy a brief introduction to Yoga with Lisa, followed by Claudia and Leanne who will open a sacred space to start your Inward Journey. Barbara will also be joining to share her sound healing gifts with us.
Our sharman Claudia will show us how to connect with the power of crystals and the harnessing of their energy. You’ll experience how the vibration of her drum beats within your heart.
Leanne will join us to help open our connection to each other and our loved ones on the other side.
While we can’t bring the tranqulity of the Bamarang Bush Retreat centre to Sutherland, my intention for this workshop is to give a FEEL for the magnificence you can expect when you are there.

At this pre-retreat workshop we’ll be introduced to the energies of Heaven and Earth in a special way that will leave you with a sense of Inner Peace, Inner Power and Unconditional Love.
This is a wonderful opportunity to start connecting with our lovely retreat facilitators and with other attendees.
