I have been associated with and practiced Satyananda Yoga since 2000. Subsequently travelling to India in 2008 experiencing Ashram life, undertaking courses in Chakra and Pranavidya. I had commenced Yoga Studies at Satyananda Yoga Academy in 2006. The diploma required a demonstrated high level of discipline, delivering effective teaching and learning experiences. Delving deeper into the effects of meditation, Yoga Nidra and the complexities on both the body and the brain. In the following years, completing further studies and more training in various modalities and ancient Tantric practices, including Chair Yoga with DRU yoga. I love to share the knowledge I have gained from years of study and personal practice in the tradition thus providing students with the ability to move into life with strength and flexibility in both body and mind. The pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices provide you with a sense of peace and serenity, setting you up for whatever life brings. My classes are for all ages and abilities from beginners to intermediate.
