Ok If you’re feeling stretched, tired, overwhelmed or just… done, you’re not alone. Truly. This year has been wild for us. Filled with challenge and those unexpected surprises, the ones that land for all of us at times. Ones that deadset drop you to the ground. We all have them, the experiences when we think, ‘no way this can’t be meant for me, surely! Sorry not sorry they ARE for us, perfected designed for us in fact. We find out eventually that without the wisdom that come because of the shitty bits, our growth has no way to blossom. Our human-ness often restricts us from to believing that wisdom in the moment.

It’s all good though because we all have the other side of our humanness the being side. (Get it, human being) And it’s this part of us that’s waits to have us see that what we describe as negative that shows up is the catalyst for understanding why we were delivered the change (that stuff we think shouldn’t be meant for me that is morphing into awareness, in the first place. It’s ultimately merely change that we resist. Only our human-ness calls it suffering.

If only we’d get the drill. After all, we’ve had countless chances to grow spiritually through our suffering. It’s my hope to keep shrinking the freak-out reactions to the surprises that come, until one day we’re calling out ‘yeah bring it on I’ve got this’ send me my route to expansion, I get it now!

This year is the snake has been about shedding the things that no longer serve us. The attachments, the fixed ways of being, the regretful responses, the everything that needs shedding from our lives, people even!

2025 is the end of a cycle, a 9 year astrologically. Bring on 2026 I say and take me to the year of the horse when we gallop forward into greatness as we embrace a new cycle. with a 1 year ahead with fresh new beginnings.

As you walk these last moments towards Christmas Day can I remind you to ….

• not sweat the small stuff, it’ll be all beautiful in the end no matter how you try and control it

• lower the pressure. Near enough IS good enough.

• choose the things that feel light. You don’t need to say yes to everything.

• share the load. Deligate! They might not do it as good as you could but come on, it’ll do.

• rest where you can.

Yeah breathe where you can, soften your expectations and let the stuff the doesn’t REALLY matter slide. Perfection is an illusion. Anyway, you’re doing far better than you think.
